Vendor Field Sheets (Work Order Sheets)

With every EZ Messenger job that gets assigned out to vendors, there is a field sheet, or work order, that gets printed along with the service pack.  Field sheets are generally 2-3 pages long and contain necessary information/requirements needed to attempt or serve that specific job.

It is crucial that the field sheet be reviewed thoroughly to ensure all client, court and service rules are followed and understood before the job is attempted. The field sheet can also be referenced throughout the life of the job for reminders about special rules or requirements.

The field sheet has the following information:

  • Recipient

  • Active Address

  • List of Documents to be served

  • Client and Court Service Rules, and Service Instructions

  • Case Information and Recipient Info

  • Place for Attempt or Completion notes

Due to the nature of the information on the field sheet. The field sheet should never be included in the documents you serve to the recipient. Serving this sheet with the document can lead to serious consequences, especially in the cases of FVI (Family Violence) jobs.

Note the bottom of each field sheet states the following as a reminder: PLEASE DO NOT SERVE THIS FIELD SHEET WITH THE DOCUMENTS YOU ARE PROVIDING TO THE SERVEE. THIS DOCUMENT IS CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY

Printing Field Sheets after Acceptance of Job

If you need to print the field sheet after acceptance, go to My Inventory and click on the recipient name. You should see a box to the right of the screen with a paper clip icon. Clicking that icon will bring up the field sheet.

The field sheet information should also never be shared with anyone either. As per the EZ Messenger Code of Conduct for Service for Vendors; “Vendors must protect all Sensitive Personal Information and not disclose that information to any third party for any reason.”
